Halloween 2012

This year we broke tradition and went to the mall for trick-or-treating for the first time. Logan is our Ghost, Emma is Wonder Woman, I am BatWoman, Aiden is BumbleBee the Transformer, Thomas and William are ghouls with swords, Izzy is Super Girl and J was a Skeleton!

 After our trip to the mall we got to meet Victor and Jocelyn at CiCi's Pizza.

Izzy ate 4 pieces of pizza plus garlic bread and pasta... and she was taking charge and feeding herself.

Em was pretty tired and didn't allow anyone to feed her, but she picked at her food instead of stuffing herself like her big sissy.

All the big kids were a great help at the restaurant!

Logan made a cute ghost this year!

Mom spent a good deal of time the night before Halloween carving a new pumpkin since hot weather melted her first one.  Since we didn't make it to her house for trick-or-treating we used it for a centerpiece on our table lit by a pink glow stick (courtesy of Logan). 

The dog was not co-operating, but she really did look cute in her Halloween costume...

After a long Halloween Day and way too much candy the kids were ready for bed ....

We on the other hand were ready for some drinks ;)

Ghosts and More Tour -- part two

These pictures are courtesy of my friend Mel that went to the "Ghosts and More" tour in Rocky Mount last weekend.

She got some good shots of the girls that were with us, my favorite was the polorized one shown below.

Evie also joined us, but she was in a different scene, so we didn't get to see her in action.

Though the protestors never bothered us, we did catch one woman's attention and for a moment she looked as though she was going to offer assistance. LoL

Mel did great on her make-up, next year I think we will take off our make-up before we go out for a bite to eat. LoL

I will do my best to collect our pictures of the kids in their Halloween costumes so that I can post them tomorrow, but right now they are spread across two phones and a camera.
