Our latest home improvement project was started last weekend. We are the proud recipients of new doors, new deadbolts and an extra lock for the sliding glass door in the kitchen. Mom has been wanting to replace the doors for awhile to improve the air seal for the house. So she went out and got two new doors, Larry and J worked for two days and got the old doors out and the new doors secured. We still have some trim work to do as well as sealant to put in, but I will be helping to work on that in the next couple of days while I am off work.
Aiden seems to feel like a caged bird when he cannot come and go as he pleases, but I feel much more secure knowing he cannot get outside the house without someone knowing it. He has such an independant nature and absolutely hates boundaries, I hope his pre-school teacher is ready for him.
