For those of you that have yet to see the "Snow Day" announcement video for today from Bedford County Schools, it is a must see! This is the most creative way to announce a snow day for students that I have ever seen! So far we are not delayed or out of school tomorrow, but it is supposed to freeze again tonight so we will see what happens.
Yesterday the chickens and ducks wouldn't even venture outside and a few days before that they tried to come inside with us. Today they are happy to see the snow melting and the more the snow melts, the farther out into the yard they have come. They are about as unappreciative of the snow as the cat is...lol...and they are happy to see it going away!
